Moving cell onto named cell

Description
Using 1.7.12 - Updated to revision 15709
To reproduce the bug:

Define a name ("thename") in cell C3, either thru the dialog window or directly on the sheet and set it to some value
-
Set A1 to "=thename"
-
Insert or delete a column or row so that cell C3 "moves" -or- Drag C3 to a new location
Results:
A1 becomes #REF
