Zoom problems with 1.12.55 (and previous)
Gnumeric seems to have a hard time keeping track of the zoom amount, at least on my system (Slackware64 15.0), when an expression creates a result too big to fit in the cell's width. To reproduce the problem:
- start up gnumeric
- set the zoom to 150%
- put 1234 in cell A1
- manually make column A just a bit bigger than needed for 1234
- put =1234*567 in A2: A2 should now display a bunch of # signs, but they are apparently unzoomed.
- Expand column A wide enough for 1234*567 to be displayed.
And now both A1's 1234 and A2's 699678 are shown (apparently) unzoomed. (Resetting the zoom to something other than 150% and then back to 150% restores the proper size.)
The same thing happened with V 1.12.53. I don't have any older versions to check.
