	(cmd_ins_del_colrow_undo): Re-ant the original cut selection.
	(cmd_ins_del_colrow_redo): Re-ant accounting for the shift in
	columns/rows.
	(cmd_ins_del_colrow_destroy): Free stored cut range.
	(cmd_ins_del_colrow): Store the cut range if any.
