backup-where: add lost and stolen as reasons

Rafael Fontenelle requested to merge rafaelff/gnome-user-docs:backup-where into master

Currently only broken computer is a reason for using backup (...if the computer breaks, the backup will...). This proposal complements it by adding stolen and lost as reasons.
