Issue #151 Add pages for Account Activity and Parental Controls

Notes:

  1. I just went with the "numbered steps" approach but let me know if screenshots are required.

  2. I added two pages under "User accounts" > "Manage user accounts" section, but wasn't sure if Parental Controls and Account Activity should have their own section on that page. Please do look and let me know.

  3. Parental Controls requires applications to be installed via flatpak/Flathub to come under management. The ".desktop" file for an existing application can be modified by adding X-Parental-Controls=true to it. This will display it under Parental Controls' list of applications to restrict. I did not add this instruction because it feels "hacky" for the type of content in Gnome Help. Let me know any thoughts about this. Cheers.

Question:

  1. Should there be an enablement guide for eligible distros (with Gnome) that don't have Parental Controls enabled? For instance, Ubuntu doesn't seem to have Parental Controls visible in a User's menu (yet, it is installed - I can see malcontent-control in the terminal).
