"Determine which version of GNOME is running" says to use "Details", which does not exist
The "Determine which version of GNOME is running" help page says to "Open the Activities overview and start typing Details.", however this does not find anything.
After going a Google search I discovered that typing "About" has the desired result. Also by navigating to the Settings control panel, the relevant section appears to have been renamed from "Details" to "About" at some point. Unless I'm missing something, the help page needs updating accordingly.
Using "Gnome Version 3.22.2" under CentOS 7.
/usr/share/help/*/gnome-help/gnome-version.page seems to be the page in question.
