GNOME Settings: Document the Touchpad secondary-click (click method) options

In GNOME 46 we introduced the option to configure the behavior of the secondary-click (aka secondary "Click Method") on Touchpads. The secondary click can be set to "Two Finger Push" or "Corner Push".
This could describe what the secondary-click is and the differences between the two options. This is how Apple describes the secondary-click https://support.apple.com/guide/mac-help/right-click-mh35853/mac
