drop devel title suffix in favour of devel icon

Markus Göllnitz requested to merge camelCaseNick/gnome-usage:camelCaseNick/flatpak-devel into master

The use of a suffix in the application's title is not consistent with the ways how nightly builds of other GNOME apps are presented. Henceforth, the development app icon can be used.
