app icon: symbolic + assets

Jakub Steiner requested to merge wip/jimmac/symbolic-app-icon into master
  • provide a symbolic variant
  • adjust size of the fullcolor to fit the new template
  • add nightly variant of the icon
  • add "source" image for all the app icons (see Teams/Design/initiatives#84)
  • FIXME: hook up into meson
