WIP: Expose edge resistance window tweak
This merge request exposes the edge-resistance setting, which is not yet in mutter, but for which there is a pending merge request:
This setting allows you to disable the snapping of windows to the edges of other windows when they are moved and resized.
If it is accepted into mutter, it would be good to expose the setting in gnome-tweaks.
This merge request is marked as WIP since it should not be merged until the change is accepted by mutter.
