Add option to change the font type and size of the shell theme

Description

Currently, you can not change the font type and size of the shell theme, creating inconsistencies in changing the font type and size of GTK + theme. (can only be done by modifying the file gnome-shell.css)

I think that adding this option would be a big improvement, because it allows better customize the desktop environment as a whole.
