Startup Applications marked as Hidden=true should notbe shown

Description
Gnome Tweak Tools seems to list all applications that have an entry in ~/.config/autostart/ , even if they have Hidden=true set (as per spec this disables the autostart).
This can lead to the situation where removing a startup application in Tweaks actually enables the autostart. For example I use Solaar, on my system it has a solaar.desktop in /etc/xdg/autostart, hence it autostarts. As I don't want this I place a copy of the solaar.desktop in ~/.config/autostart/ and set Hidden=true . Now it does not autostart anymore, but it shows up in Tweaks. If I check my autostart applications in Tweak it looks like Solaar is enabled, so I remove it there. This will remove the hidden .desktop file from ~/.config/autostart/, and enable autostarting again due to the global file.
