licence: Replace with Markdown version

Nicholas Harvey requested to merge FrostyPenguin/gnome-tour:FrostyPenguin-master-fix-licence-markdown into master

I just noticed that this (rather new) project uses the original GPL ASCII version in a Markdown file, so I replaced it with the official Markdown version available here to make it look better.

GitLab should still detect this as GPL and show this in the project overview.
Please feel very welcome to suggest changes.
