Fix spelling error: "organise" -> "organize"

"organise" is British English, which has its own separate locale. It's not a valid spelling for use in user-visible strings.

Note this would be a string freeze break, so I guess it should be delayed until GNOME 41. Shame, since it looks bad. :(
