metainfo: remove dot from summary
There should not be dot at the end of the sentence in summary and no other GNOME project has it.
I am not sure whether it isn't too late to submit changes of translatable strings (see TranslationProject/HandlingStringFreezes) in master/3.38 at this point. If so, feel free to close this MR and fix this later. :-)
