Improve the editor-open-popover design

This MR adds the following changes:

  • Add placeholder to the search entry, as the HIG advises to use placeholders in text entries
  • Implements AdwStatusPage for the "No Recent Documents" status
  • Adds a tooltip for the "Open" button (next to the search entry)
