window: Fix zoom button icons & apply flat class

Few small fixes to the zoom buttons that adds a flat style class to them (since they are using the zoom icons that have a contained shape the button bg is unneeded here) and bumped the icon size to 16 which is the minimum for symbolics so they are displayed clearly.
