Add an accessibility label to the checkbox in the save changes dialog

Add an accessibility label to the checkbox in the save changes dialog making the purpose of the ckeckbox obvious to visually impaired users. Previously, a screen reader had no other choice than to read checkbox only, this improves the situation somewhat. This is first of a series of pull requests which will improve the accessibility stance of this application.
