build: fix win32 CI failure when compiling libadwaita

gwillems requested to merge g.willems/gnome-text-editor:fix_win32_adw_build_failure into main

Recently libadwaita demo app started failing to build on Win32 due to broken ITS rules. Seems a bad combination between gettext, appstream and the app metadata.

(there are numerous reports about such failures across gitlab or github)

We don't need the Adw demo, so stop building it.
