Deleting / restores: Adding next lines with it after restoring

Bug Information
Steps to Reproduce
- Open any file to edit
- Press ctrl+d (This will just deletes the first line)
- Press ctrl+z (Restores Deleted line with selected)
- Press ctrl+d (This will deletes selected line + next line means deletes two line)
- Press ctrl+z (Restores all deleted line with selected both)
- continue this sequence it will add next line with it
Current Behaviour
Continuing this sequence adding next line with it
Expected Behaviour
It only Delete one line and restore it again and again
