Can't easiely open command output from terminal
For example, if I type this in the terminal: cp --help | gnome-text-editor -
It opens the program but it's blank. With the previous text editor - gedit and many others I've tried this works. I find this functionality really important. Can you add it please?
Here is the error I get when I try this: (gnome-text-editor:91389): GLib-GIO-CRITICAL **: 23:55:16.890: g_task_propagate_boolean: assertion 'task->result_set' failed
I know there is another way to do this that works with everything, where you create a temporary file in /tmp or something of the sort, but that command is longer and more complex, and therefore inefficient.
