Disable "x" on gnome-terminal
Submitted by joh..@..ys.com
Description
Package: gnome-core Severity: enhancement Version: 1.4.0.4-ximian.5 Synopsis: Disable "x" on gnome-terminal Bugzilla-Product: gnome-core Bugzilla-Component: gnome-terminal
Description: It would be a great idea to have an option in gnome-terminal to disable the functionality of the "x" to close the window. A lot of character based applications, especially database type apps, keep running after the "x" is closed instead of exiting properly. If the "x" were able to be disabled in certain circumstances, the user would be forced to exit these apps "properly".
