Terminal starts without CSD
For some reason, GNOME terminal starts all windows without CSD enabled. This means the window captions lack the extra buttons, and they don't follow the light/dark theme setting:
This issue only affects a single user, so there is probably some setting affecting things. I cannot find anything in the Preferences dialog that seems relevant, though.
Other CSD applications work fine (tested Firefox, Settings and Nautilus).
The issue started after an upgrade from Fedora 36 to Fedora 38. Currently running gnome-terminal-3.48.1-1.fc38.x86_64.
