General setting to always show tab bar
Hi!
I found out by googling that there is a gconf setting to make tab bar always visible:
gsettings set org.gnome.Terminal.Legacy.Settings tab-policy always
Can that option be added to the general settings? I don't see a reason why this can't be an option unless I am missing something.
My reason to make it always visible by the way is I find it weird when I have just opened the terminal and then I move it on my screen to where I want it to be placed then I open a new tab and it expands its size to show the tab bar. When I have the terminal next to the bottom of my screen it makes it move or it expands under the panel / dock at the bottom.
With the tab bar always visible that is not a problem anymore. Adding new tabs keeps the window size unmodified which I prefer.
I didn't find any other issue related to this on gitlab, sorry if this is a duplicate and has been discussed and there was a reason for it to be denied in the past.
Anyway, I hope this option can make an appearance in the general settings in the future.
Thanks for all the hard work, I love the gnome terminal :-)
