Dialog for running jobs should offer to wait then close

Description
When you close a terminal with a running job, you get a dialog that offers you to cancel or close anyway.
When you close a program that is not responding, you get a dialog that offers you to wait or force quit. Wait will eventually close the application, once it becomes responsive again.
"Close anyway" and "force quit" are equivalent.
I suggest cancel be replaced with something equivalent to wait, or maybe keep cancel as a third option but still implement the "wait and close" button.
