Gnome-terminal shows warning screen on close

Description
Please describe the problem: When gnome-terminal (opened by right-clicking on the desktop or in nautilus) is closed it shows the following message in a dialog-window
"Close this window? There is still a process running in this terminal. Closing the terminal will kill it. Cancel/Close terminal"
When I use the pstree to view process, I found
├─gnome-terminal─┬─gnome-pty-helpe
│ ├─sh───bash───pstree
│ └─{gnome-terminal}
This is strange because there is no other process running in the terminal actually by user. Further this does not happen when gnome-terminal is opened from the menu(System->Terminal).
Steps to reproduce: 1.Open terminal by right clicking on desktop or nautilus. 2.Close terminal. 3.Warning dialog-window shows up.
Actual results:
Expected results: Terminal should close without any interaction when no other process started by user in terminal.
Does this happen every time? Yes
