Gnome-terminal misparses URLs containing percent signs
Submitted by Otto J. Makela
Description
Package: gnome-terminal Version: 1.2.1
If you have a URL string on gnome-terminal containing encoded characters, eg.
http://www.iki.fi/%7Eom/
this gets misparsed to end at the first percent sign. This means one cannot use "open in browser" on URL strings containing %-encoded characters.
