terminal doesn't update correctly when scrolling
Submitted by gar..@...ac.uk
Description
Package: gnome-terminal Version: 1.2.1
When output reaches the bottom of the window new lines will often not be drawn, leaving blank lines. Some lines are drawn, whilst others are not. If you cause the window to be refreshed (moving another window across it, or shading and unshading) the missing lines appear.
I've seen it on 2 computers now, both with Redhat 6.2 with Helix desktop (the file with the terminal binary is gnome-core-1.2.1-0_helix_1.rpm) and Sawfish 0.30.2. The versions of X used are XFree86 (versions 3.3.6 on a C&T 65554 and 4.0.1 on an ATI rage 128).
