Description: URLs with % signs in them are only highlighted up to the percent sign. This makes URLs that have certain specially encoded characters in them get only partially highlighted. For example:
http://www.example.com/beland%40mit.edu
gets tructated after the %.
How-To-Repeat: Enter shown URL in gnome-terminal, point cursor at it.
