gnome-terminal's paste doesn't comply with ICCCM
Submitted by cph..@..it.edu
Description
Package: gnome-terminal Version: 1.0.54
The following code from "gnome-terminal.c" violates the ICCCM (see version 2.0 page 9) because it passes GDK_CURRENT_TIME as the event time, rather than the correct time of the event.
Because of this bug I am unable to paste strings from a compliant application that I use.
void paste_cmd (GtkWidget *widget, ZvtTerm *term) { GdkAtom string_atom;
string_atom = gdk_atom_intern ("STRING", FALSE);
if (string_atom == GDK_NONE)
return;
gtk_selection_convert (GTK_WIDGET (term), GDK_SELECTION_PRIMARY, string_atom,
GDK_CURRENT_TIME);
}
