trailing / of url stripped

Description
When the terminal contains an URL that ends with a slash, and you move the mouse over it, the trailing slash doesn't get underlined (and in fact nothing is underlined if the mouse is over the trailing slash). A right mouse click on the highlighted text and choosing "Open Link" or "Copy Link Address" strips this trailing slash too. So simply this is not considered as part of the URL.
Nowadays there are plenty of web engines where the presence or absence of a trailing slash does make a difference. For example compare these two pages: http://freedesktop.org/wiki/Software http://freedesktop.org/wiki/Software/
So gnome-terminal should preserve trailing slash.
The regexps are defined in src/terminal-screen.c, they should be modified somehow...
