Support persistent zoom level

New terminal windows are opened with 100% zoom level. I want a way to always open new terminal at 120% zoom level. There are two approaches:

  1. Add an option "Default zoom level" in preferences.
  2. Persist the zoom level as it changes. Open a new terminal in the zoom level that was last used.
