in second tab, err happend when run `cd`: bash: cd: HOME not set

when and how to happen:
- open GNOME terminal,
- in the default tab,
cd
to some dir ,eg: /home/ra/rpmbuild/RPMS/x86_64
$ cd /home/ra/rpmbuild/RPMS/x86_64
$

input command
cd
with no parameter,it work and ok. -
click the top left plus button,open another one tab,

in the second tab,input command: cd, it will output:
$ cd
bash: cd: HOME not set
$
