Add option --maximized

Description
It would be nice to have an option --maximized, which would start the gnome-terminal window maximized. I have numerous maximized windows on my desktop, so in absence of this option, I must manually maximize almost every window I ever open.
I could use --geometry for my gnome panel button that opens the window, and indeed have been doing so, but it doesn't allow for maximizing. For non-maximized windows, adding a tab into the window pushes the bottom of the window down by about two text rows -- so that those last two rows are then under the panel. So I really need to have the windows maximized.
