Remove extraneous text from Editing Profile dialog

Description
Description of Problem: Several GNOME Terminal dialogs contain extraneous text. This text should not be displayed in the GUI. The information should be documented in the online reference manual.
Steps to reproduce the problem:
- Start GNOME Terminal.
- Choose Edit->Current Profile.
Actual Results:
- Title and Command tab: "The command running inside the terminal may dynamically set a new title."
- Effects tab: "None (use solid color)"
- Compatibility "These options may cause some applications to behave incorrectly. They are only here to allow you to work around certain applications and operating systems that expect different terminal behavior."
Expected Results:
- Title and Command tab: Remove the sentence "The command...new title."
- Effects tab: "None"
- Compatibility Remove the paragraph "These options... terminal behavior."
How often does this happen? Every time.
Additional Information: The information for 1. and 2. above is already described in the online reference manual. The information in 3. above should be added to the online reference manual.
