Remove extraneous text from Keyboard Shortcuts dialog

Description
Description of Problem: Several GNOME Terminal dialogs contain extraneous text. This text should not be displayed in the GUI. The information should be documented in the online reference manual.
Steps to reproduce the problem:
- Start GNOME Terminal.
- Choose Edit->Keyboard Shortcuts.
Actual Results: "Disable all menu access keys (such as Alt+f to open File menu)" "Disable menu shortcut key (F10 by default)"
Expected Results: "Disable all menu access keys" "Disable menu shortcut key"
How often does this happen? Every time.
Additional Information: The information in parentheses is already described in the online reference manual.
Resolution: RESOLVED WONTFIX
