fails to remember directory order between sessions with multiple workspaces

Description
Version: 2.0.1
I save the current session with multiple gnome-terminals open (using the logout check button). I have 6 workspaces (arrangement: 2x3). In some of the workspaces I have gnome-terminals open. Different gnome-terminals are open in different directories.
When I login again, the order changes. The gnome-terminals open in the same directories as they were supposed to be, but not in the same workspaces. I have one gnome-terminal for every directory I originally saved, but now it might appear in a different workspace than it was originally. Another way to see it (don't know which is correct): the gnome-terminals open correctly in their workspaces, but confuse the directories they open in.
Needless to say, every workspace has its own logical context, so now they begin to mess up. Other programs I open (ggv, balsa) remain in their original workspace, so the gnome-terminals in their workspace now ``moved'' to another directory.
For example: If I had 2 gnome-terminals in directory /dev/gnome, in workspace 3, and 1 gnome-terminal in directory /dev/gnome-terminal in workspace 5, then I might receive: 2 gnome-terminals in workspace 3, 1 in /dev/gnome, 1 in /dev/gnome- terminal, and in workspace 5, 1 in /dev/gnome. (The total number is always correct, as far as I saw. Also, the number in each workspace is also correct.)
