Description
Description of Problem: I click the terminal Icon in the tray, and it brings up what looks to be a very small terminal window. Before it finishes loading, I get the messge: Application gnome-terminal has crashed due to a segmentation fault
Steps to reproduce the problem:
- Connect to RedHat 7.3 using X-Win32
- Click on the Terminal Button
Actual Results: segmentation-fault
Expected Results: It should launch and run! ;)
How often does this happen? Every time.
Additional Information: I am running X-Win32 on Windows 2000 connected to a RedHat 7.3 installation. If I log into the RedHat machine at the console (X style login) the gnome-terminal works just fine. In contrast, if I launch the gnome-terminal in my X-Win32 Session, it crashes.
Resolution: RESOLVED DUPLICATE
