'Background image scrolls' option affects Transparent background

Description: Description of Problem: there's three case of background for terminal. and I love to see cool idol pix. :) so I did a set of image file to background first, with scroll option. and I'd change to transparent one. SO SCROLL OPTION GRAYED OUT. but moving terminal, there was not a refreshing.
Steps to reproduce the problem:
- turn on Effect->Background Image->Background image scrolls, after setting of Background Image
- set to Transparent background
- move your terminal over all screen.
Actual Results: refresh to each sight of desktop background.
Expected Results: fixed to first sight. :(
How often does this happen? whenever
Additional Information: I use gnome-terminal-1.9.0.0.200203020022-snap.ximian.1
