Move "Start over" button to header bar

i tried to fix the issue #5 (closed). The button had 2 'tooltip-text' attributes so maybe i kept the wrong one ?

The commit related to the CSS file is just here because i saw warnings with suggestions about how deprecated values should be changed, i don't know if it's useful
