WIP: Add modern look to resource tab

Fixes #58, #60 (closed), #98 (closed), #72 (closed), and #109

Prime motivation:

1. Provide a multi graph core view
2. Provide a left panel to switch to more detailed monitoring view among hardware components

• Optimized graph performance
• Dynamic core graph
• Net scaling
• Add switching standard gui to classic resource gui
• Add area fill to make graph usage more visible
• Right click context switch from ncore to simple view (1 graph cpu total)
• Fill some information in cpu graph
