Show dead processes during update timeout
Submitted by Stefano Facchini
When a process dies, the CPU time it used is just thrown away and never shown in the UI. This could creates an artifact in the process list when the update timeout is a bit longer: if you start a CPU consuming task which quikly creates many short-living subprocesses (like building a large piece of software), it can happen that they never appear in the list.
We should show the dead processes for an update cycle, maybe in grey (like Ksysguard)
