Use GtkLevelBar instead of GtkProgressBar

Description
Currently, System Monitor represents used disk space graphically using GtkProgressBar:
+---------------------------------------------------+ | 52,6 GB (//////////):·:·:·:24%:·:·:·:·:·:·:·:·:) | +---------------------------------------------------+
Problems with this:
- Progress bars give an "I'm growing" vibe, which is not the case here.
- Embedded percentage text has low contrast.
- It doesn't look aesthetically good to me.
Gtk+ now provides a better widget for this purpose: GtkLevelBar. It is already used to indicate used disk space in baobab.
Example layouts for the "Used" column:
+---------------------------------------------------+ | 52,6 GB 24% | | (==============---------------------------------) | +---------------------------------------------------+
+---------------------------------------------------+ | 52,6 GB (=========------------------------) 24% | +---------------------------------------------------+
