46.alpha right click context menu deselects processes if multiple selected
When multiple processes are selected in the process overview right clicking this selection will cause this selection to deselect, it will instead open the context menu for only the process which was under the mouse cursor upon pressing right click. This makes it so that you are unable to manage or kill a collection of (related) system processes.
Affected version
46.alpha
System information
- Fedora Silverblue Rawhide 40.20240213.n.1 (2024-02-13T20:54:48Z)
Steps to reproduce
- Open gnome-system-monitor
- Navigate to the processes tab
- Select multiple processes from the list, either using ( Shift + Arrows ), ( Ctrl + LMB ) or ( Shift + LMB )
- Attempt to open the right click context menu on one of the selected process
- Notice that all other processes are deselected
Expected behaviour
Upon opening the context menu keep all processes selected to allow for batch operations.
