unify-app id and set up flatpak nightlies

Use org.gnome.Sudoku as an app-id, rename the appdata, desktop, icons files per the new freedesktop specs

Also, cleans the meson buildsystem & flatpak manifest

It also set up a gitlab ci to build nightlies of the app
