gs-folders: Add Connections to Utilities
It is appropriate to have Connections in the Utilities folder - it's a relatively technical, infrequently used tool. Vinagre, which has equivalent functionality, is already in Utilities.

I've built and run gnome-software with this patch, but have been unable to verify whether it actually has the intended effect.
