WIP: Allow opening a Details page for an item with wildcards in its ID

I doubt this is the correct fix for the linked issue, nor do I think I correctly understand the meaning of AS_APP_QUIRK_MATCH_ANY_PREFIX. Nevertheless, I'm posting this to get the ball rolling for a possible solution.
