Carousel fixes

Sebastian Keller requested to merge skeller/gnome-software:carousel-fixes into master

Two small fixes for the new carousel widget. One for #1198 (closed) and the other one for an issue I noticed while testing this: going back from the first to the last page still scrolled through all pages (unlike going from the last to the first).
