build: change libgnomesoftware.so to have some crude version
As we want to ensure 3rd-party plugins to be rebuilt in step-lock with gnome-software, and don't want having to worry for ABI compatibility, the easiest is to add the version information straight into the library name. This guarantees 3rd party modules to be built against the correct version.
