Resolve "gnome-software 40 Snap Support"

Philip Withnall requested to merge pwithnall/gnome-software:1170-snap-fixes into master

Fix some compilation errors in the snap plugin.

I have not tested that these compile or work, as I don’t have a testing environment with snap available (as evidenced by the fact I introduced the failures in the first place). Hopefully this works, but the release QA for the snap plugin is ultimately the responsibility of the Ubuntu team.
